Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was upon receipt, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we charge a $6 return label fee and original shipping costs are not refundable.

If you are returning an order for a refund, the $6 return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Want FREE returns? Choose store credit or exchange and we will refund the return shipping fee!

Orders marked as "Delivery Refused" or “Returned by Post Office” by the carrier and returned to us are eligible for a store credit refund only.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise in order to qualify for a return or an exchange.

Conditions

  1. Items must not be worn, altered, or washed. Additionally, products must be free of any makeup, stains, spray tan residue, pet hair or debris.
  2. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Products must have original tags still attached and be in their original packaging.
  4. We do not refund outgoing shipping costs.
  5. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or items would not be eligible for a refund.
  6. Gift cards are final sale and may not be returned.
  7. Items purchased using a gift card can be returned for store credit only.
  8. Sale and discounted items can be returned for store credit only.
  9. Jewelry is eligible for store credit only.
  10. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and approved and the refund has been issued.
  11. Colors may vary due to photography lenses, lighting (indoor vs outdoor), or computer monitor resolutions.  Clothing patterns may also vary.  These situations do not qualify as defects.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or issued store credit within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Typically, funds may take 3-10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.
